What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form or send us directly: your name, your email address, and the details of your request (location, scope, dates). We do not buy contact lists and we do not collect special-category personal data.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, prepare a written quotation, and — where you engage us — to coordinate the work with licensed operators and the relevant authorities through official written channels.
Who sees it
The business development desk of Juara Holding Group. Where your request requires it, the relevant details are shared with the licensed operator or authority handling that step. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not proceed are kept for up to 24 months so we can pick up the conversation if you return. Engaged projects are kept for as long as records must be retained for the work concerned.
Your choices
Write to bd@juaraholding.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We reply within 30 days.
